"-200 ℃ ultra-low temperature cable" product breaks through the key preparation technology of FEP thick insulation stress reduction extrusion molding, has excellent low temperature resistance (-200 ℃) and low temperature bending performance, and is suitable for ultra-low temperature fields such as liquefied natural gas storage and transportation, fills the domestic gap, is a domestic leader, and reaches the international advanced level;

"Large-length, high-tensile and small-outer-diameter high-voltage marine detection cable" adopts a unique combination of tensile units and cable units with multiple sets of eccentric assembly process design, which realizes the performance requirements of small outer diameter, large length, high tensile and high withstand voltage, and makes up for the shortcomings of the current marine detection cable. It is a leading domestic product and has reached the advanced level of similar products in the world;

"TECK-90 self-locking armored naturally cured cross-linked cable" uses a unique small diameter inline self-locking aluminum alloy tape armored process, with excellent outdoor mechanical properties, as a low-voltage building wiring cable can be directly laid into the building wall or field laying, more safe and efficient, reaching the international advanced level of similar products;

"Rated voltage 450/750V and below double-layer co-extrusion insulation radiation cross-linked halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant wire" adopts high-performance materials, double-layer co-extrusion insulation process, heat resistance and mechanical properties greatly improved, used in indoor, large buildings and large public places and other complex environments of low-voltage power wiring system, environmental protection, safety, heat resistance, low-smoke halogen flame retardant performance, mechanical properties and service life are much higher than ordinary products, reaching the advanced level;

The "double butterfly type lead-in optical cable" adopts a unique flat, separate and combined structure design, which is suitable for occasions where FTTH requires multiple optical fibers and splices are scattered. It has excellent mechanical and environmental performance and has reached the advanced level of similar products in China.

The five products identified this time have broken through four key technologies, obtained 10 patents, and formed five enterprise product standards, all of which have achieved large-scale production, with good economic and social benefits.
