The scope of work covers the design, installation, supply and commissioning of two 132/33kV substations and two substations. In the consortium, Yongding Taifu is solely responsible for the project, and Harbin Electric provides market and technical service support. The owner of the project is the National Power Corporation of Zambia, which is the largest operator in Zambia's electricity market.
