On November 8, 2017, Jiangsu Etern Co., Ltd. Postdoctoral researchers at the postdoctoral research station held two opening lectures on "Research and Development of Bridge Health Monitoring System Based on Intelligent Cloud Platform and Fiber Bragg Grating Sensing Technology" and "Research and Development of High Power Fiber Laser Pump Source System. The two topics of Dr. Gao Bo and Dr. Huo Jiayu were unanimously approved by the expert group, and the opening report was announced on the spot. The meeting was presided over by He Yumin, a senior executive of Yongding Co., Ltd., and an expert review group was set up. The leaders of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Wujiang District and Fenhu High-tech Zone, the leaders of the School of Communication Engineering of Jilin University and the leaders of Yongding Co., Ltd. listened to the basic situation of the research topics planned by Dr. Gao Bo and Dr. Huo Jiayu during their stay at the station.
The two topics are not only of great significance to the enterprise, but also have strong guiding significance for the development of the whole optical communication industry. The research contents of the two topics are clear, rich and detailed, accurate analysis, sufficient preliminary research work, clear research objectives, and feasible research scheme. The research schedule of the topic is reasonable and the funding guarantee is strong. It can achieve the expected research results and bring greater economic benefits to the enterprise. After the questions and reviews of the experts in the evaluation group, the expert group finally agreed that the topics of the two doctors were novel, clear in research ideas, feasible in scheme and reasonable in method, and agreed to enter the implementation stage of postdoctoral project research.
In the opening report meeting, speeches were made by Morindi, chairman of Yongding Co., Ltd., Zhao Peijie, general manager, and leaders of Fenhu High-tech Zone and Wujiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Sun Ali, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Wujiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, affirmed the work and effectiveness of the Yongding postdoctoral workstation in his concluding speech, and put forward hope: I hope that the postdoctoral research topics will be more in line with the development of the company, concentrate on research, and make Good results; I hope Yongding will provide all-round guarantees for project research, equip a good talent team, and cultivate the company's own scientific research team; I hope that the mentor will give guidance and help, accelerate the research process of the subject, guide the production of enterprises, early scientific research results, to achieve industrialization.
