Optoelectronic integration, collaborative development: Yongding climb the "special cable" new height

Special cables play an indispensable role in information communication, petrochemical, metallurgical machinery, construction, nuclear power plants, coal mines, subways, tunnels and other applications, and play an increasingly important role in value. Jiangsu Etern Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yongding) has recently made new achievements in the field of special cables and successfully realized the industrialization and application of ultra-high-speed and large-capacity CWZ-grade high-fire-resistant flame-retardant communication optical cables. This major historic leap has filled the domestic gap, further consolidated Yongding's strategic layout of "photoelectric integration and coordinated development", and improved its collaborative innovation and cooperation in the upstream and downstream of the photoelectric cable industry chain.

Break through barriers, master the core

Special scenes such as electric power, mining, marine, subway, high-rise buildings, computer centers, oil well platforms have special requirements for the flame retardant and fire resistance of optical cables. Therefore, fire resistance test is one of the key links for special cables.

Yongding from the material, process technology, design and other multi-dimensional innovation and upgrading iteration, strengthen technological innovation, through structural design and the use of flame retardant refractory materials, so that the entire optical cable products to achieve high flame retardant refractory effect, and to reach the "CWZ" the highest level of standards, that is, the world's highest fire resistance in the field of cable. This outstanding achievement can be described as the epitome of Yongding's continuous efforts to develop and break through technical barriers.

In view of the different needs in the field of special cables, the relevant subsidiaries of Yongding have worked together to achieve innovative breakthroughs, focusing on the core technology, and gradually building innovative technological advantages. among them,Jiangsu Yongding Shengda Cable Co., Ltd. led the development of double-layer co-extruded insulation irradiation cross-linked halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant special wire, with low-smoke, halogen-free, non-toxic, flame-retardant, fire-resistant and long-life characteristics. The product breaks through the three processes of double-layer mica wrapping, double-layer insulation co-extrusion and irradiation cross-linking, and solves the two key technical problems of insulation co-extrusion stability and insulation thermal extension stability, so that the product technology has reached the international advanced level, which is the first in China.

Full of honor, forge ahead

Years of technological innovation and breakthroughs have injected a steady stream of vitality into the development of Yongding. The company has successively won major honors at the national and provincial levels, which has also made Yongding's brand power and influence simultaneously improved.

Honor is a witness to the achievements of innovation and development of enterprises. In March 2022, Jiangsu Etern Co., Ltd. "Light Stick Smart Factory Based on 5G Digital Twin Technology" won the 2022 Jiangsu Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory shortlist. July 2022, Jiangsu Etern Co., Ltd. The Industrial Design Center was selected as the "2022 Jiangsu Industrial Design Center (Research Institute, Demonstration Park)" to be recognized. July, Jiangsu Etern Co., Ltd. Selected as the pilot demonstration project of big data industry development in Jiangsu province in 2022; In August 2022, Jiangsu Etern Co., Ltd. Jiangsu Yongding Shengda Cable Co., Ltd. was selected into the list of the fourth batch of national specialized and new "small giants" enterprises. In September 2022, Jiangsu Yongding Electric Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Yongding Shengda Cable Co., Ltd. were selected into the Suzhou Quality Award List, Jiangsu Etern Co., Ltd. Selected in the list of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises in 2022... won the above honors, and continued to show Yongding's strong development momentum and innovation vitality.

Facing the new era of 5G dual gigabit, new applications such as high-definition video, industrial internet, internet of things, big data, artificial intelligence, etc. emerge one after another. Yongding, on the basis of its achievements and honors, continues to forge ahead and forge ahead. With the product of "ultra-high-speed and large-capacity CWZ-class high-fire-resistant and flame-retardant communication optical cable", it strongly supports the construction of 5G dual gigabit network in China and provides secure data transmission. In addition, at the 2021 provincial new product and new technology appraisal meeting in Jiangsu Province, Yongding FTTR indoor wiring photoelectric composite cable and non-metallic anti-rat indoor and outdoor wiring CFU and other products became the first in China, and were recognized by relevant experts from Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.

Technological innovation is endless, and it is imperative to seize opportunities. Based on the new era of 5G dual gigabit, the construction of new information and communication infrastructure is accelerating. Yongding firmly promotes the realization of the strategy of "photoelectric integration and coordinated development", takes innovation as the soul, takes development as the key, anchors the demand for special cables under special application scenarios, achieves technological breakthroughs, and continues to climb new heights of "special cables". Promote the development of enterprises to a new level.
