Relying on the national enterprise technology center, the company's party committee has continuously improved the talent training and introduction system to achieve the same direction of talent growth and enterprise development. Set up a "talent introduction workstation" for high-level talents to broaden the channels for talent introduction; absorb talents from mechatronics, wire and cable, inorganic non-metallic materials and other majors to enrich the grass-roots scientific research team; set up a special fund according to a certain proportion of R & D funds every year for talent reward, training and other kinds of benefits; and jointly train doctoral and postdoctoral students with Hubei University and other famous domestic institutions, the dividend of industry-university-research cooperation will be transformed into the technological strength of enterprise scientific and technological innovation and industrial development.
