On the morning of June 2, the joint kick-off meeting of the standard implementation project for the upgraded version of Yongding's two-way integration management system was successfully held in the headquarters building. He introduced Yongding's 40-year development history and digital transformation strategic plan, announced the official launch of the standard implementation project for the upgraded version of Yongding's two-way integration management system, and read out the appointment letters of the management representatives of the five standard implementation enterprises on the spot.

Mr. Tan said that Yongding adheres to the path of digital transformation, takes the integration of the two management systems as the methodology for enterprise transformation and upgrading, constantly standardizes the collaborative innovation of all elements of enterprises, and accelerates the strategic transformation of enterprises in the information age. As early as 2014, Yongding Co., Ltd. was successfully selected into the first batch of pilot enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to implement the standards of the two-way integration management system. In 2015, it became one of the first 200 enterprises in the country to pass the evaluation of the two-way integration management system. In 2019, Yongding Optical Fiber and Suzhou Jinting also successively carried out and passed the evaluation of the two-way integration management system in 2020. This time, the first batch of five enterprises in Yongding carried out the essential standard implementation work of the upgraded version of the two-way integration management system at the same time, in order to consolidate the achievements of the two-way integration management system, solve the problems encountered in the company's development process, ensure the company's strategic landing during the national "14th Five-Year Plan" and start a new journey of Yongding's digital transformation. Follow-up companies will also make overall arrangements according to the work schedule, and timely carry out the implementation of the upgraded version of the two-way integration management system in other molecular companies to achieve full coverage of the upgraded version.

He said that as one of the earliest enterprises in China to pass the evaluation of the two-way integration management system, Yongding will give full play to its advanced and leading role. With the help of mature ERP system, MES system, industrial Internet cloud platform and other IT technologies, it will realize end-to-end production business control, meet the new capability requirements of AAA level (process level), optimize and improve the factor dimension, management dimension and process dimension, and realize visual production management, achieve lean production goals, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve the production management level of the enterprise workshop.
