Shanghai Jinting was founded in 1997. Since its establishment, it has been mainly engaged in automotive wiring harnesses, combination meters, and research and development. Achievements in intelligent manufacturing

Since the establishment of the company, Jinting has actively implemented the innovation-driven development strategy and has achieved remarkable results in intelligent manufacturing and information construction. Specific practices are summarized as follows:

We will increase investment in intelligent transformation, carry out a production technology transformation project with an annual output of 1.2 million sets of automobile wiring harnesses, with a total investment of over 0.1 billion yuan, and actively promote the intelligent information construction of automobile wiring harness factories. Up to now, Jinting's automotive wiring harness flexible manufacturing workshop has been recognized by Jiangsu provincial demonstration intelligent workshop and Suzhou municipal demonstration intelligent workshop in 2020 respectively, while the high and low voltage automotive wiring harness intelligent factory has been recognized by Suzhou municipal intelligent factory in 2020.

Carry out the implementation of the integration of the two management systems, promote the continuous improvement of enterprise management, promote the innovative development of enterprises through informatization, and improve the application performance of enterprise informatization. Up to now, Jinting has passed the certification of the national two-way integration management system, and has been recognized as a pilot enterprise for the implementation of the two-way integration system in Jiangsu Province in 2020.

At the same time, enterprises will go to the cloud. By building a cloud platform for intelligent service of power equipment, data of air compressor systems of high energy consumption equipment will be collected and uploaded to the cloud. Cloud computing will be used to integrate and optimize various data, and platform software will be used to feed visual data back to computers and mobile phone APP. The project was awarded the first batch of four-star cloud enterprises in Jiangsu Province in 2020.

Using 5G new technology, we will carry out the construction project of intelligent warehousing and logistics system based on 5G network. Through the adoption of 5G MEC network and the combination of intelligent AGV, we will provide in-enterprise logistics solutions for enterprise warehouse and production line, semi-finished product warehouse and finished product warehouse, and build intelligent warehousing and logistics, so as to achieve the goal of improving quality, increasing efficiency and reducing cost for enterprises. This project undertakes the "5G Industrial Internet" project, a special fund for Suzhou to build an advanced manufacturing base in 2020.

In 2020, Jinting passed the accreditation of Jiangsu provincial demonstration intelligent workshop, Suzhou municipal intelligent factory and municipal demonstration intelligent workshop in intelligent manufacturing through the investment and construction of intelligence and informatization. In terms of information construction, it has passed the certification of the national two-way integration management system, and has obtained the accreditation of the pilot enterprises for the implementation of the two-way integration system in Jiangsu Province and the cloud list of the first batch of four-star enterprises in Jiangsu Province. In the application of 5G new technology, through the construction of 5G industrial Internet, to achieve 5G intelligent manufacturing, to undertake the 2020 Suzhou City to build an advanced manufacturing base special fund project.

In the next step, Yongding will continue to further promote the intelligent and information innovation construction of Jinting, carry out the construction of high-voltage MES system, intelligent storage expansion of finished goods warehouse, intelligent electronic tooling system and other projects, promote the intelligent information upgrading of the whole factory, build an "intelligent, automated, information-based and green" ecological factory, and comprehensively improve the overall intelligent manufacturing level and market competitiveness of the enterprise.
