On March 27, 2009, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued the "Notice on Increasing the Export Refund Rate of Textile Electronic Information and Other Commodities", which will be implemented from April 1, 2009. Our company's optical cable products are also in the tax rebate adjustment, from the previous 14% to 17%, which is extremely beneficial to the export trade of optical cables at this stage.
