Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone Enterprise Association Annual Meeting Held

Three chairmen of Wujiang District Association for Science and Technology, Yangtze River Delta Enterprise Association for Science and Technology and Wujiang Optoelectronics Industry Association for Science and Technology spoke at the meeting respectively. Among them, Mo Siming, chairman of Yongding Co., Ltd., as the first rotating chairman of the Yangtze River Delta Enterprise Science and Technology Association Alliance, delivered a welcome speech at the meeting. He said that the "Yangtze River Delta Integrated Development Demonstration Zone Enterprise Science and Technology Association Alliance" conforms to the national strategy of the Yangtze River Delta integration. And the construction of the demonstration zone came into being, and it is the inevitable choice of the times. The establishment and development of the alliance has deepened the strategic coordination of the three science and technology associations, promoted the exchange and interaction between talents, promoted the integration and mutual sharing of innovation elements, and made positive contributions to the high-quality development of enterprises in the demonstration zone ".

In May last year, with the efforts of the three science and technology associations, the "Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone Enterprise Science and Technology Association Alliance" was formally established. Since its establishment, the alliance has experienced multiple tests such as the prevention and control of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic and the resumption of work and production by enterprises, and the vast number of scientific and technological workers and enterprises have actively responded and made significant contributions to the "double victory" in their respective positions and fields.

With the establishment of the Enterprise Association for Science and Technology, on May 17 last year, the Wujiang District Photoelectric Industry Association for Science and Technology was also established. The association is a hub-type and platform-type industrial information science organization composed of enterprises and individuals in the fields of optoelectronic cables, optoelectronic communications, optoelectronic devices, and optoelectronic displays. It aims to serve industrial scientific and technological workers, gather industrial scientific and technological forces, and establish industrial science and technology think tanks, Spread industrial science and technology culture, strengthen industrial science and technology undertakings, and promote industrial upgrading and development. After that, several industrial science and technology associations, such as the Equipment Manufacturing Industry Science and Technology Association and the Silk Textile Industry Science and Technology Association, have also been explored and built in Wujiang, aiming to guide and lead the vast number of industrial science and technology workers to focus on innovation and upgrading, and to help the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.

Over the past year, the science and technology associations of the three places have actively explored and collaborated in innovation, and have done a lot of service promotion work for the integrated development and construction of the three places and for scientific and technological workers in the three places. At this annual meeting, the three associations for science and technology further upgraded their empowerment and jointly issued the Declaration on the Integration and Collaborative Innovation Development of the Yangtze River Delta by the Association for Science and Technology. Outstanding representatives of the science and technology associations of the three places also shared and exchanged views at the meeting, allowing everyone to see the growth and development of the science and technology associations of the three places and the creation of characteristics.

At the end of the meeting, the flag handover ceremony of the Yangtze River Delta Association for Science and Technology was held. The current chairman Shen Weifang and chairman Mo Siming of Fang Wujiang District and the successor chairman Shen Beiyun and chairman Kong Ji of Fang Qingpu District took the stage to hand over the flag. According to the articles of association of the alliance and the agreement of the three places, Qingpu District of Shanghai will serve as the new rotating party in the next year. It is believed that Qingpu will continue to hold high the banner of the Yangtze River Delta Enterprise Science and Technology Association and lead all members of the alliance to create a better tomorrow and future.
