As the boss of Yongding Co., Ltd., the first listed company in Wujiang, and the new generation leader of Yongding enterprise, Mo Siming, who is in his early 30 s, is the representative of Wujiang's "second generation" group.

Mo Siming is currently Jiangsu Etern Co., Ltd. General Manager, overall in charge of the company's daily production and operation activities. "As a younger generation, we should keep up with the times, have a broader vision and dare to try more. Whether it is industrial layout or enterprise management, I want to bring some innovations and changes to Yongding." Mo Siming said.

After graduating from university in 2009, Mo Siming entered Tsinghua University to study for an MBA. After that, he did not immediately return to Yongding, but chose to start a business in Beijing.

"Compared with my grandfather and father, I think what I lack is entrepreneurial experience." Mo Siming said that in the second half of 2011, Mo Siming established a software company in Beijing.

At the beginning of the company's establishment, it was not smooth. It mainly made network information security products. The project was found, but it was a difficult process to get market recognition. "In the most difficult times, my father has been patiently helping me analyze and put forward suggestions to solve the problem." Mo Siming said.

After a difficult period of two years, the software company gradually embarked on a healthy development track, and since then its profitability has increased year by year.

"At present, software companies have entered a good state of operation, with continuous growth in revenue and returns every year. Customers include several major domestic communications giants, and the company is constantly developing and extending technological innovation." Talking about the five-year entrepreneurial process in Beijing, Mo Siming's face was filled with a smile, appearing proud and confident. "This entrepreneurial experience is a rare experience. After experiencing the joys and sorrows, I can better understand that it is not easy for my elders to start a business." Mo Siming said.

The entrepreneurial practice in Beijing has made Mo Siming's pace after returning to Yongding more steady. Back in Wujiang, Mo Siming started working in Yongding Group, successively serving as deputy general manager and general manager of the group, and in 2018 serving as Jiangsu Etern Co., Ltd. To me, the development idea of focusing on entities will not change, and Yongding will take entities as the core development direction. The road of entities, I will firmly continue." Mo Siming said that the development of the entity's main business has become the consensus of Yongding.
