In recent years, provinces and cities have significantly increased the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings. However, the actual use of the mechanical and electrical system of the assembly building wiring is still a short board, the traditional wiring has a waste of materials, construction difficulties, high construction costs, wiring system is difficult to expand and many other problems. With the promotion and strong support of the Construction and Development Research Institute of Shanghai Construction Association and the Innovation and Technology Promotion Center, Yongding and Quanzhu signed the "Construction Cable Strategy" in Quanzhu Headquarters Building on August 31, 2017. At the meeting, President Huang Jianzhi proposed that Yongding and Quanzhu jointly deepen cooperation and undertake the subject practice and standard drafting of intelligent and modular integrated wiring system for prefabricated buildings. The two listed companies, Yongding and Quanzhu, attach great importance to this. Based on the fact that Yongding has the manufacturing and wiring harness integration capabilities of a full range of integrated wiring products in the construction field, and based on the fact that Quanzhu has the strong design, system architecture and EPC implementation capabilities in the construction field, in order to fully integrate and give full play to their respective advantages and carry out strong alliance, both parties unanimously support the joint venture to launch the "Intelligent Modular Wiring Project of Assembled Building", drawing on advanced German technology and combining with the characteristics of China's prefabricated buildings, we will carry out technology research and development, undertake standard formulation and industrial application promotion. In the future, we will entrust Shanghai Construction Association to build and Development Research Institute and Innovation Technology Promotion Center to organize the preparation, declaration, approval and related promotion of group standards and local standards of the project.
